10 years of transforming how young people think, speak, and lead — rooted in the philosophy that every perspective deserves to be heard.
Book a ConsultationSuccess is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome while trying to succeed.
— Booker T. Washington
I'm Aurelia Williams — philosopher, debate coach, teen life coach, and someone who has always believed that the most important thing a person can learn is how to speak up for themselves. My journey has been anything but linear, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
I earned my degree in Philosophy from Loyola University New Orleans — a city that taught me just as much about resilience and voice as any classroom did. After graduating, I immersed myself in two of the most argument-driven arenas there are: law and politics. As a paralegal at two of New Orleans' most prestigious law firms, I sharpened my ability to think critically, construct airtight arguments, and advocate fiercely for others. My work in politics deepened that further — teaching me how power, persuasion, and public voice intersect in the real world. Both worlds gave me invaluable skills — but they also made one thing undeniably clear: my calling was coaching.
So I chose myself. I walked away from a successful legal career to return to the work that has always set my soul on fire — helping young people find their voice and use it. That decision led me to Harvard Debate Camps, International Workshops, and the Stanford National Forensic Institute, taking me across the globe where for over nearly 10 years I've had the privilege of watching young people transform in real time. Today, I continue that work as a coach at Rutgers University, bringing the same passion and precision to every student I work with.
I built this practice because I know what it looks like to take the leap toward your own truth. Now I help others do the same — one conversation, one argument, one breakthrough at a time.
